The Company announced a sale facility for small holdings of EXL shares in order to provide greater liquidity for those small holdings and reduce on-going EXL compliance costs in respect of shareholder communications. The facility was designed for a sale of those small holdings with a timetable (as announced on 20 April 2026) including an update to the ASX market on 11 June 2026. The Board has now determined in the light of volatile global market conditions that it will extend the sale facility process and provide a further update for shareholders on 18 June 2026 on the ASX market announcement platform. This update is anticipated to provide final pricing for sales of those small holdings.
